Making a purchase
could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Avenue Garage Doors Limited cannot accept your order until it is paid for
in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail
which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details.
Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will
create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to
supply you at our discretion.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere other than the United
Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the
transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We only deliver to the
United Kingdom any orders requiring shipment abroad must be arranged by
yourself.
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Delta & Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to
ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may
send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All shipping and
handling costs are covered by ourselves.
Delivery Schedule
We aim deliver your
order right away. We will normally despatch your order on the same day
of receipt at our offices
Back Orders
If your item is not
in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be sent a e-mail
if your product is not immediately available and given the choice of either
waiting for the order or cancelling.
Tax Charges
The prices for goods
displayed for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT. The prices are valid
and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented
cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All products carry
manufacturers guarantee (minimum 12 months).

We do not disclose
buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping
site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once
you have selected an item.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Your right to cancel.
Spares.
You may cancel your order for spares at any stage before, and up to 30
days after, the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at
the address above or by e-mailing us at sales@avenuegaragedoors.co.uk.
We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within two working days
of our receiving it. Therefore, even if you do cancel your order shortly
after placing it, it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods
you have ordered being dispatched to you and you may then need to return the
item or items to us. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the
goods, please notify our offices of the problem at the time of cancellation.
Garage Doors.
You may cancel your order for garage doors within 24 hours of placing it.
Delivered garage doors are not returnable and great care should be taken
before placing a order. You mus check the technical information and be aware
of the colours (via Ral charts) before ordering. Our sales staff are available

Replacement
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the
option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we
have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on
delivery we will meet the cost of the return (but we ask that you allow us
to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such
goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. Otherwise
we will, if you wish, exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for
the goods only.
If you wish to return any of the products we offer, e-mail our offices at
sales@avenuegaragedoors.co.uk or call 01527 541264 and advise our sales staff
that you wish to return your goods. We will arrange for collection from the
delivery address you provided with your order if the item cannot be posted.
Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used
when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt
of the returned order.
The policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a
consumer, which will remain unaffected.
